IBRPX – Brick Light LED Illumination for Machine Vision Systems

IBRPX is an advanced LED illuminator from the brick light series, designed for machine vision applications where high light intensity, precision, and operational stability are crucial. It is ideal for automatic inspection systems, defect detection, and quality control in industrial environments.

The new IBRPX design delivers 30% higher brightness in continuous mode and up to 5× more power in OVERDRIVE mode, providing effective illumination even in high-speed applications. Its anodised aluminium housing also functions as an efficient passive heat sink, eliminating the need for active cooling.
Four sizes are available: 60 mm, 90 mm, 120 mm, and 170 mm, allowing the IBRPX to be easily adapted to specific workstations and installation spaces. The housing features integrated filter guides, making it easy to quickly adapt the optical setup for various detection requirements.
